Terms of Service

1. The service

Nuked Music is a free Discord bot that provides music playback, personal radio, lyrics, playlists, filters, quizzes, listening statistics, and related controls. Features may change as the service is improved.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be permitted to use Discord and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may install the bot only in servers where you are authorized to manage applications.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Nuked Music to:

• break applicable law or violate another person's rights;
• harass users or abuse sound, speech, report, or control features;
• attempt to bypass Discord permissions or access another server's session;
• disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or exploit the service;
• submit malicious files, links, commands, reports, or metadata;
• use the service to redistribute or download media unlawfully.

4. Music, lyrics, and third-party content

Media, artwork, metadata, and lyrics may come from third-party services and remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring your use of requested content is lawful. Availability, accuracy, and regional access can depend on those third parties.

5. Server administrators

Server administrators are responsible for configuring bot permissions, informing members about server rules, and deciding whether the bot may be used in their server. Removing the bot ends its active access to that server, but stored information may remain until deletion is requested or retention is no longer necessary.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, Discord, media providers, or other dependencies. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve user data and playback reliability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

7. Enforcement

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, Discord policy violations, or conduct that harms the service or its users.

8. Disclaimer

Nuked Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, third-party content, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, interrupted service, or actions of third-party platforms arising from use of Nuked Music.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed and how to request access or deletion.

11. Changes and contact
