Nuked Music collects only the information needed to provide music, personalization, statistics, support, and reliable playback. It does not sell personal data or record voice conversations.
1. Information we process
- Discord identifiers: user, server, channel, and message IDs needed to respond to commands, remember settings, restore sessions, and keep features separated by server.
- Music activity: requested tracks, titles, artists, video IDs, listening time, skips, favorites, dislikes, playlists, radio preferences, queue history, filters, and quiz scores.
- Lyrics information: selected matches, timing corrections, translation preferences, and failed lookup keys.
- Reports and diagnostics: notes submitted through the report feature, track details, playback incidents, performance summaries, and limited operational logs.
- Command content: search terms, playlist names, and other text you deliberately provide to the bot.
2. Message Content Intent
Discord may deliver message content to the bot because Message Content access is enabled. Nuked Music uses message text to score free-text answers while a music quiz is active. Quiz answer text is processed in memory and is not stored. Outside those features, ordinary conversation content is not retained.
3. Voice and audio
Nuked Music joins voice channels to send music and sound effects. It does not record, transcribe, or store member voice audio.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested commands, play and recover music, personalize radio recommendations, maintain playlists and settings, calculate listening statistics, synchronize lyrics, prevent repeated unwanted recommendations, investigate reports, and protect service reliability.
5. External services
Track links, search terms, titles, artists, and lyric metadata may be sent to services used to locate media, metadata, lyrics, translations, or sponsor segments. These can include Discord, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, LRCLIB, NetEase, Musixmatch, SponsorBlock, and Google text-to-speech. Those services process information under their own policies. Local lyric translation, when enabled, is performed by the operator's local model.
6. Storage and retention
Settings, playlists, taste data, and listening statistics are kept until they are deleted or no longer needed to operate the service. Playback incidents and performance summaries are stored in bounded histories. Operational logs rotate automatically. Reports remain until they are resolved or deleted. Backups may retain information for a limited additional period.
7. Sharing and sale
Personal data is not sold. Information is shared only with service providers required to perform a requested feature, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, Discord, or the service.
8. Your choices
You can disable personal defaults, remove playlists and favorites, undo dislikes, and enable anonymous history where available. To request a copy or deletion of data associated with your Discord account or server, contact Nukeys on Discord and provide your Discord user or server ID. 9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information, including restricted local control interfaces and private backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Age requirements
Nuked Music is intended only for people permitted to use Discord under Discord's age requirements and terms.
11. Changes and contact
